What does CHAIR cost?
A monthly subscription: £12.99/month per bookable professional, or £7.99/month per user on Team, minimum 2 users, whether they are employed staff or independent chair and booth renters, all on one bill. Every feature is included on both plans. No add-ons, no per-booking fees, and no commission. The only deduction on a card payment is Stripe’s mandatory card-processing fee.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days with full access to every feature. We collect your card at signup so your account converts to a paid plan after the trial, but you're not charged anything until day 15. Cancel anytime during the trial and you pay nothing.
Do you take commission on my bookings?
No. CHAIR is a flat monthly subscription and we never take a percentage of your bookings. The only deduction on a card payment is Stripe's mandatory processing fee. The rest lands directly in your account.
How do I switch from Booksy, Fresha, or another platform?
Use the provider-specific guide to prepare the exports your platform makes available, then submit a migration request. CHAIR reviews compatible client, service, and future-appointment fields for free and confirms the next step and expected timing. Keep files containing client data private until support confirms that an approved transfer route is available.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Clients book from your booking page in any web browser: they tap your link, choose a service and time, and they're booked. There's nothing for them to download.
What happens after my trial ends?
On day 15, your card is charged for your chosen plan: Professional at £12.99/month per pro, or Team at £7.99/month per user on Team, minimum 2 users. We'll email you a reminder a few days before the trial ends.
