Reviews and ratings
Automatic review requests from real client bookings
Collect verified ratings and comments after eligible client appointments, show them on your booking page, and keep every review tied to a real CHAIR booking.
“Best fade I’ve had in years. Booked my next two visits before I even left the chair.”
An example of how a review appears on your booking page.
- Asked automatically
- Eligible clients are invited by email after their appointment when automatic requests are switched on.
- Tied to a real booking
- Only signed-in clients whose account is linked to an eligible booking can leave a review.
- Shown on your booking page
- Published ratings, comments and service details appear where new clients decide to book.
How it works
How clients leave you a review.
Eligible clients follow their email invitation, sign in to the account linked to the booking, then add a star rating and optional comment.
Invite eligible clients
After a confirmed, client-booked appointment has taken place, CHAIR can send one automatic email invitation. Clients who have already reviewed you are not asked again automatically.
Clients sign in and rate
The client signs in with the account linked to the booking, chooses a rating from 1 to 5 stars and can add a written comment.
Build booking-page proof
The rating, optional comment and booked service appear on your booking page and count towards your public average.

Why it matters
Your reputation should work for you, not a marketplace.
People read reviews before they decide where to book. On a marketplace, the reviews you earn build the marketplace. On CHAIR they build you, and they stay yours.
Questions, answered.
How do clients leave a review?
For an eligible appointment, CHAIR can email the client after the visit. They sign in with the account linked to their booking, choose a rating from 1 to 5 stars and can add a comment.
Where do reviews appear?
Published ratings and comments appear on your CHAIR booking page beside your review average and count. Where available, the booked service appears with the review for extra context.
Which reviews appear publicly?
Eligible reviews are published on your CHAIR booking page automatically. Professionals cannot selectively hide a negative review. If you believe a review is false or unfair, you can raise a dispute for the CHAIR team to investigate.
Can I dispute a review?
Yes. You can ask the CHAIR team to investigate a review you believe is false or unfair. Raising a dispute does not automatically remove the review while it is being investigated.
Do reviews actually help me get booked?
People read reviews before they book. Showing real ratings on your page builds trust and turns visitors into bookings, and it keeps working while you are with a client.
Is there an extra charge for reviews?
No. Reviews are part of your flat monthly price, like every other feature. No commission, no add-ons.
