What do the insights actually show?
Your takings from confirmed bookings, average booking value, returning clients, cancellation rate, top services, top clients, and busiest times. The web includes a six month trend. Mobile views are coming soon.
Can I see my busiest days and times?
Yes. Insights breaks your bookings down by day of the week and by morning, afternoon and evening, so you can shape your hours around real demand instead of a hunch.
Which of my services make the most money?
The top services chart ranks your services by revenue from confirmed bookings, not just how often you do them. Each bar wears the colour you have given that service on your calendar, so the chart reads at a glance.
Do I need to set anything up or export anything?
No. Your numbers are built from the bookings you already take and update themselves, with nothing to configure and nothing to download. Open the tab and it is there.
Is this accounting software?
No. Insights shows how your business is performing, based on the prices of your confirmed bookings. It is not a bookkeeping or tax tool, but knowing your takings, top services and best regulars makes the conversation with your accountant a lot easier.
Is insights extra, or part of my plan?
It is all in your flat monthly price, like every other CHAIR feature. A lot of booking software sells analytics as an add-on or saves it for the top tier. CHAIR does not, whether it is just you and one chair or a small team.
