Migrating to CHAIR

Switching from Treatwell

These steps help you prepare copies of the data Treatwell makes available. CHAIR does not import them automatically: submit a migration-help request and a person will review the available fields, confirm the scope, and explain the next step. Keep client data private until then.

1

Export your clients

Prepare the provider’s supported export. The CHAIR team will confirm which records and fields can be used.

  1. Open Treatwell’s Partner Help Centre

Use the Support Hub or partner chat linked from Treatwell Connect. The consumer Help Centre is not the partner support route.

  2. Ask how to export your client data

Treatwell does not publish a clear, public UK self-serve client-export path that we could verify. Ask partner support what is available for your specific Connect or Pro account.

  3. Follow the account-specific instructions

Export availability, fields, and file format may vary. Treatwell does not publish a delivery-time promise for this request.

2

Prepare your services

Prepare the service fields your provider actually includes. CHAIR will confirm each mapping and flag variants, bundles, or staff rules that need manual setup.

  1. Ask partner support about service data

We could not verify an official public service-menu export path, so do not assume an Export button will be present.

  2. Prepare screenshots if needed

If partner support confirms no export is available, capture service names, prices, durations, variants, and staff-specific differences for CHAIR to review.

Heads up: Treatwell interfaces and account lineages vary. These steps deliberately route you to official partner support instead of promising an unverified button, file, or response time.

What happens after you request help

  1. 1

    Your request is recorded

CHAIR shows an on-screen receipt and, when email delivery succeeds, sends a confirmation to your contact address.

  2. 2

    A person reviews the scope

Support confirms which client, service, and future-appointment fields are compatible and gives you an expected timeline.

  3. 3

    The transfer route is agreed

Support confirms an approved transfer route before asking for a file. If none is available, keep the export private and continue with the agreed manual setup. Do not attach client exports to email, live chat, or WhatsApp.

  4. 4

    You verify before going live

If data is added, compare record counts, service prices and durations, and upcoming appointments with the original. Keep your old system available until that review is complete.
